Reddish Bull Finance Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

This policy explains how Reddish Bull Finance collects and uses information when you make a mortgage inquiry, request a down-payment comparison, register for a webinar, or otherwise interact with our campaigns and communications.

Information we collect

Information depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

  • Contact and professional information, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, brokerage, and license state.
  • Mortgage inquiry information you choose to provide, such as a home price, intended down payment, property or occupancy details, purchase timeline, and general credit or housing history.
  • Webinar registration information, including registration status, attendance status, and the communications you request.
  • Campaign and technical information, such as the form or campaign that referred you, device or browser information, and interaction data provided by the platform you used.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank-account details, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive financial information through a campaign form unless we specifically provide a secure channel and ask for it.

How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to your mortgage inquiry or requested comparison.
  • Register you for a webinar and send confirmation, reminder, and follow-up messages.
  • For a realtor webinar, record your realtor and referral-partner classification, campaign attribution, webinar status, and attendance; send a partner-manager notification; and provide follow-up related to partner onboarding.
  • Maintain our records, route a request to the appropriate team member, and improve our campaigns and communications.
  • Protect our services, prevent misuse, and meet legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, and business obligations.

A campaign inquiry is not a loan application, approval, commitment to lend, or guarantee of a loan outcome.

Service providers and platforms

We use service providers to operate campaigns and communications. For example, GoHighLevel may host contact records and send approved email or SMS communications on our behalf. Meta may process information you submit through a Meta lead form and information associated with your use of Meta's platform. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices as well as their service arrangements with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may also share information with providers that help us operate, secure, or support our systems; with professional advisers; when required by law; or in connection with a business transaction.

Email and text-message choices

Where you give consent, we may send email or SMS messages about your webinar registration, reminders, and requested follow-up. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of receiving mortgage financing. Message and data rates may apply.

You may use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop promotional emails. Reply STOP ends consent-dependent text messages from that program. It does not stop legally required, non-SMS, or other communications permitted by law that may be needed to handle an active request.

Retention and security

We keep webinar leads and mortgage inquiry records for the time needed to respond, provide requested follow-up, and manage the relationship. We keep consent evidence and regulatory records for the time needed to meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. We keep opt-out suppression records for as long as needed to honor an opt-out. We also consider dispute resolution and service needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Privacy rights and requests

Depending on your state and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is used. Some states may also provide choices related to certain sales or targeted advertising. These rights are subject to applicable law and exceptions.

To ask a privacy question or make a request, email lavonne.idlette@reddishbullfinance.com with Privacy Request in the subject line. We may ask for information needed to verify the request before responding.

Financial privacy notices

This website policy supplements and does not replace any financial privacy notice RBF must provide to you. If you receive a financial privacy notice from Reddish Bull Finance, that notice applies to the information and relationship it describes.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect.
